The library
In the historic headquarters of the company, now the Monti Ernici Oil and Olive Museum, a small agricultural library has been organized which houses a few dozen volumes. The main topic is obviously olive growing and the world of extra virgin olive oil. However, there are also volumes on fruit growing, viticulture, agronomy and of course various volumes on the territory, on the neighboring villages and on local culture.
