The library
In the historic headquarters of the company, now the Monti Ernici Olive Oil and Olive Museum, a small agricultural library has been organized that houses several dozen volumes.
The main topic is obviously olive growing and the world of extra virgin olive oil.
However, there are also volumes on fruit growing, viticulture, agronomy, and of course several volumes on the local area, neighboring villages, and local culture.
The archive
The archive preserves the family's historical documents dating back to the late 1800s, such as contracts, registers, and diaries, which have made it possible to reconstruct the history of the farm, the oil mill, and the olive groves.
